Brazil’s Enem PPL registration ends Friday, Oct. 23

Registration for the 2026 Enem PPL, the version of Brazil's national exam (Enem) for people deprived of their liberty (PPL stands for pessoas privadas de liberdade), closes on Friday, Oct. 23. Registration opened on Oct. 5. According to the Anísio Teixeira National Institute for Educational Studies and Research (Inep), the federal education institute, the same window applies to requests for specialized accommodations.
Who can take the exam, and who registers
Inep says the exam is for people who are incarcerated or who are serving a juvenile-justice measure that includes deprivation of liberty. Under Notice No. 126, candidates do not register themselves. Inep says registration is done in the exam system through the Responsável Pedagógico (educational coordinator). In practice, that means asking the facility's administration who holds that role.

Scam alert
Be wary of anyone, whether a social media profile or a WhatsApp or text message, who promises to "guarantee a spot," asks for money to register you, or asks for a password, an SMS code or personal data in the exam's name. For questions, use only the official Inep and federal government pages, and the facility's administration.
For information only. Dates may change by decision of the responsible agency, so confirm them on the official channels (Inep and gov.br). RaisLife is not a government agency and never asks for personal data, passwords or payment.
